Shipping and Delivery Information
We offer different shipping options to different countries at checkout. Countries outside the European Union, Norway, United Kingdom and Switzerland are subject to import and export taxes due to customs regulations. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands. For all non-European orders, a phone number is required in the checkout process due to local customs regulations.

When you decide to return your order within the 30 days withdrawal period, we will reimburse the shipping costs you paid in the checkout, but the costs for returning the package from your place to our warehouse are at your own expense.
Average delivery time
Our warehouse is located in the Netherlands. We'll do everything we can to keep our promise of 'ordered today, shipped tomorrow', with the exception of weekends. In some rare cases this may delay some packages by 1 or 2 working days. From our experience in the last few months, we see that 99% of all European orders are delivered within 1-3 business days after the order is placed. For all orders outside of Europe, the average delivery time is 5-8 days (depending on the country you live in). Unfortunately, we have no control over the delivery process from the moment your package is handed over to the carrier.
All orders placed before 11PM (23:00) with POSTNL or DHL as the shipping carrier will be shipped the same day/night. Pick up time for these orders is 11:45 PM (23:45) in our warehouse.
Order updates and Track & Trace notifications for your order
When you successfully placed an order, you will receive status updates by email. First you will receive a order confirmation email (please check spam box) and you receive notifications about shipping updates. In this email an Track & Trace link is included so you can track the progress of your order. You can also check the status in your account: https://account.kooduu.com/
All orders in Europe will be shipped by PostNL, DHL, DPD or UPS, depending on your choice. All orders shipped to the USA, Canada, Switzerland, Norway (and the rest of the world on request) are shipped by UPS by default. When you place your order, you will see the available delivery dates and times in the checkout process. You can choose the option that suits you best, such as a nearby pickup location or overnight delivery if available. All of these options are available at no additional cost.
BREXIT impact for UK customers
We currently do not accept orders shipped to the United Kingdom. We do offer Amazon shopping.
Based on our experience and due to the implications of BREXIT regulations, it is almost impossible to ship Kooduu products to the UK. Not only are the costs such as shipping and VAT disproportionate, but the carriers cannot guarantee delivery on time or at all. We will monitor the UK government's progress in improving this situation. As soon as we feel comfortable shipping to the UK, we will reopen to UK customers.
